Does anyone know what would cause a blank white page when upgrading?

I recently upgraded from 6.02.00 -> 6.2.3 successfully. I copied the same steps and tried to upgrade to 7.03.02 which only showed a blank page when I went to : mydomain/install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade

When I go to mode=none, I can see that everything is set to 6.2.3 so I'm unsure why I suddenly can't upgrade further. The auto upgrade option is set to "false". Does anyone have any insight into why this might be happening?

*Note: there are no logs with today's date when I try to upgrade, only logs from the last upgrade I did a day ago.
