I recently upgraded to the newest version from version 7.??.  On one of my sites when I add a new HTML module to a page I get the error below.  Existing HTML modules seem to be working fine without generating an exception.  Can anyone please point me in the right direction so resolve this.  Thanks.

Upon further testing it appears to be the case with EVERY new module I add. Not just the HTML module.
