I have a DNN Web Application up and running in Visual Studio 2010 and I’ve created my first page Page1 using the admin system. On this page, I have added an image and some surrounding text. What I would really like to do, is be able to modify the image and text using code behind. That is, I’d like to be able to modify content on a page dynamically, at runtime. Is this possible?

Also, I’d love to be able to use C# with the web application as opposed VB. Again, is this possible?

both are possible :)

regarding your first question: you will need to write your own module that can put output on a page.

DNN is based on a skin / module style system and all of the content that is displayed is generated dynamically at runtime.

As such - to do what you are asking , you would create a MODULE in either vb or c# that is compliant with the DNN API and framework. Inside this MODULE you are free to do whatever you so desire.  This forum for example, that you are asking the question on, is a module coded to be a discussion system.

Hi

You can achieve this by using html/text module, which is a dnn core module.

Thanks
