If you are creating the module using the Web Application Project model then Sebastian's suggestion will work fine. If you are using the website model, which doesn't actually compile the source code for the module, it won't.

You'll have to configure things different to get the code to precompile, though I would suggest you simply change over to use WAP instead. Will Strohl has a post on how to do that. http://www.willstrohl.com/Blog/EntryI...

And here is a short but even more brilliant tutorial which will guide you through all the steps. Right now it is in C#, but regarding your problem it doesn't matter. And the VB-Version will follow pretty soon....
