Using DNN 4.9.3 created a new website with Visual Web developer 2008 Express and Sql Server Express 2005.

Added a dynamic module with c# language by using following steps.

1. Added a new defination.

2. Then added Controls
    i) View
   ii) Edit
   iii) Setting
Also in Source of Controls selected the View, Edit and Setting.ascx pages respectively.

 3. Then just added a asp label to the View.ascx page.

Everything goes fine. But whenever I am Trying to add that module to the Page, only the page gets refreshed but nothing is displayed.
Is there any Settings I have missed up ...

There are many reasons why your view control does not display. Assuming that you are not finding any errors for the module in the site's Event Viewer, the most common cause of a "no show" is that you gave the control key for the default view control a value when you registered its definition and controls. The control key for the default view control must be left blank.

That's definitely a common mistake when first creating modules
