Hi All,
I am using Visual Studio2010, when I am trying to install the DotNetNuke05.05.00
using install package, I can not select .Net Framework4.0.

Anyone have Install Package 05.05.00 for .Net Framework4.0(visual studio 2010)

install package is not related to Visual studio and supports both, .net 3.5 and 4.0

Cheers from Germany,

Thanks Sebastian,
For .Net Framework it is working fine, but When I am using the same install package for .Net Framework 4.0, it installed successfully. but  I can not create a New page.

I tried to install the dotnetnuke 05.05.00 install package in .Net Framework4.0. But I am getting the error as "

The application domain or application pool is currently running version 4.0 or later of the .NET Framework. This can occur if IIS settings have been set to 4.0 or later for this Web application, or if you are using version 4.0 or later of the ASP.NET Web Development Server. The <compilation> element in the Web.config file for this Web application does not contain the required 'targetFrameworkMoniker' attribute for this version of the .NET Framework (for example, '<compilation targetFrameworkMoniker=".NETFramework,Version=v4.0">'). Update the Web.config file with this attribute, or configure the Web application to use a different version of the .NET Framework."

Then I added "targetFrameworkMoniker=".NETFramework,Version=v4.0" in the web.config, that time I am got this error

"The value for the 'compilerVersion' attribute in the provider options must be 'v4.0' or later if you are compiling for version 4.0 or later of the .NET Framework. To compile this Web application for version 3.5 or earlier of the .NET Framework, remove the 'targetFrameworkMoniker' attribute from the <compilation> element of the Web.config file."

Please notice that the IIS for the default .NET4 used a own annonymous user and check if it still used the network services as the application pool user for the .NET4 application pool.
