Hello,
I am having an issue with the [Portal:URL] and [Membership:Password] coming back empty in the email. Below is the Resource for the UserRegistrationPublic. Below that is the code I am using to send the email. I am using DotNetNuke Community Edition 05.05.01(22).  I am stuck so any help is greatly appreciated.

Dear [User:DisplayName],

We are pleased to advise that you have been added as a Registered User to [Portal:PortalName]. Please read the following information carefully and be sure to save this message in a safe location for future reference.

Portal Website Address: [Portal:URL]
Username: [User:UserName]
Password: [Membership:Password]
