Hey guys,
I am new user with DNN, i have to create a new module .
i'll explain what i have
i have this table with info on it and i need to create a module which will show all the distinct values of that table :-
ex

User id           info
1                           asdasd
2                       dadada
1                   dadasda
4               adadasdas

So now when i create a module i can ask the user what user id they want to see and it will return the count for the user id on that table.
if the input is 1 i get 2
and if the input is 2 or 4 the result will be 1

so i hope this makes some sense to you all....
i have installed the dnn starter kit..
simple easy steps to do this please...
i know My sql so the sql is not going to be a problem....
thanks a lot
oh and i am using Visual Web Developer 2010 and i also have visual studio 2010 for C++ and Csharp.
