When did you get the error?

1. When installing the Blog module using the Host --> Extensions, Install Available Extensions command or
2. When adding an instance of the Blog module to a page using the Control Panel?

When logged in as host user, please check the Admin --> Event Viewer for full details of the error and post the complete error including stack trace wo I can better get an idea of where the error is occuring.

2. Adding an instance of the Blog module to page using the Control Panel

The development site doesn't even get to that point where I can login.  The error prevents me from seeing any pages.  When I load the site the only thing I can see is the error message.
