So in DNN6 I have seen in the module definition where i can select which module will be the EditUrl() link to the current module you are working with. For example I have a PropertySearch module that has a search form in the View. I have selected the view in my PropertyManagement Module as the Edit form in the PropertySearch module. all that works fine, but what I can't figure out is how to pass parameters and once i do how to retrieve them on the other side? Could someone give me some tips on how to do this? Thanks

Phil

You can pass additional parameters in the URL using EditUrl("ControlKeyHere", "Param", "Value") etc.

Then on the receiving module page you can use Request.Querystring["Param"] to get the values back.

Thanks! I have seen some stuff about the control key but have yet to fully grasp what it is and how to use it. Is that the friendly name in the module detention?
