With host account, user can add/update tab. I want to work with TabPath field before it is saved to database. In the DNN 6.2.0, I can modify the vw_Tabs function. However, I can't do that way anymore. Now, I am trying to find the  the Add/Update tab event in source project. Can anyone tell me where I can find it, please?

i recommend not messing about with core code or changing tabpath's other ways - this is likely to break a future upgrade - what is it youre trying to do?

When user clicks Add/Update tab, the system process the TabPath. The blank characters (' ') will be removed. I don't want to do that way. What I want is changing the method that works with TabPath. In the new function, blank characters will be replaced with - character. And other Vietnamese characters would be replaced.

there is an enhancement on the list to add a new field to the tabs table (pageUrl) which would allow you to specify page names which would allow you to use a page with international characters but have a page name without them - however for now I'd recommend looking at the BuildTabLevelAndPath sproc - this is where the characters are removed, you could amend the logic to change whats removed and replace characters to ones you prefer - you'd still have to apply these changes after each upgrade but it might be less intrusive than other approaches
