I got it working. Here's how: (as of 10/2012) Log in to your GoDaddy account > Web Hosting > Launch.
From the More menu, select Hosted Domains.
Click Add Domain.
Enter the domain name in the Domain field.
I have an Economy \ Windows account. with 2 registered domain names(both with GoDaddy) and one of the domains is hosted with GD.
After installing dnn on my hosted account I went to Site Management >Manage > Add New Site. Add your second registered domain name.
