I'm using DNN6.2.4. For some reason, I need to develop a control for user to upload and change their profile photo, may I know how to do it?

The profile photo will be uploaded in which folder? Is there any method in DNN can do that? And how to change the profile photo of an user?

Dnn profile photo is stored in "portals/_default/Users/UserId/" For example, "Portals\_default\Users\001\01\1" 

You can use AddFile method of FileController class object  to upload photo which returns a fileId. Then you need to assign this fileId to Profile.Photo property of UserInfo object.
