Hello everyone!  When I go to the Admin/Site-Settings and choose the advance settings tab I noticed a big problem.  When I select either the Splash Page, Home Page, Registration Page or User Profile Page all I get is the loading icon and it never populates.  This happens while trying to export content when choosing the Folder.  What is wrong at my end?

Product: DNN Platform
Version: 07.01.02 (356)
Data Provider: SqlDataProvider
.NET Framework: 4.0

are there pages in the root, which are not locked ?
Which DNN version is running on your site?
Since when does the issue occur?

Hello Sebastian,

Here are my SPECS:
Product: DNN Platform
Version: 07.01.02 (356)
Data Provider: SqlDataProvider
.NET Framework: 4.0

I am in the root.  Here are my steps. 

  1. Go to the URL that needs work done
  2. Login
  3. Go to Admin
  4. Go to Site Settings
  5. Choose Advance Settings
  6. Click on one of the drop down menus

Then that is when I get the loading icon that never goes away and the drop down never populates.

Pages are in the root and I believe they are not locked. How do I check to see if they are not locked.

We are using version: 07.01.02 (356)

This has been going on for about 1.5 - 2 months.

This happens on any drop down menu that points to any pages. When adding/copying a page and choosing a parent page I have the same problem.

Michael,
please check out Pages module, to get details about page states.
if all pages are locked, you may temporarily unlock, set in Site settings and lock again.
This is a know issue for a long time.
If you are experiences other issues, please post necessary details, thank you.
