Is there a way to tell when a page and more importantly any module on a was last updated?

I have 40 groups who edit content on their own pages and I'd like to create a list relevant to those who most recently updated

This has been discussed many times. Here is a recent one.

I think the HTML module (probably) does store a last updated date. It's likely needed by the version tracking code.

Any other modules will do that only if the module developer chose to support that feature.
