Which Module can I download (purchase/free) that will enable me to -  in a Form select values from dropdown lists (from exsisting SQL tables). These values will have to be inserted in another SQL table, together with values from Text fields on the Form ??

The only thing I have found so far is "Dynamic Forms" from DataSprings, it looks like it starts at $179.

I have used it on a client site.  It will do exactly what you are looking for.

I'm hopin users will e able to suggest an alternate module/extension which is free!

Thanks for the info.  I was not able to locate a free version, only a trial version.  Starting at $80 it is considerably less expensive than DynamicForms.

I shall give it a try, and see how it compares.

For UniversalList, it seems outdated.  Latest release is for DNN 4.x, and was released 07/14/2008.

I did not see a version for DNN 5.x
