After installed the source version of DNN 5.4.1, the error below was displayed when bringing up the portal.  My development environment is Windows 7, VS 2010 and SQL 2008.  How to fix this error?  I did google search but did not find similar error.

I did copy the file Telerik.Web.UI.dll from the Library\Components\Telerik\bin into the website\bin folder but it did not help

Server Error in '/dnn541' Application.

Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.TelerikEditorProvider' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.
