Hi

I'm developing a custom module and yesterday began work on the settings.ascx file. However, as soon as I started working on it, DNN started to report:

Error 4 The file '/YourCompany.BranchLocator/controls/LabelControl.ascx' does not exist.

This is because in my settings.ascx file has the following at the top:

<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="Label" Src="~/controls/LabelControl.ascx" %>

Obviously the control path is relative to my module folder, and not the root of the application folder as I would expect.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? I'd rather not go around hard-coding paths into my .ascx file.

Thanks in advance!

Mark

If you post the changes you made to the code, you will have a better chance that someone can help you.
