I am a module developer with a module that uses query string parameters. This works fine in a default DNN setup and also when content localization is enabled and there are at least two languages enabled. But when content localization is turned on and only a single language is enabled, any URLS that contain query strings cause a redirect to the home page.

For example, the URL http://localhost/dnn/Photos.aspx correctly goes to the page with my module. But if I click one of the URLs generated by my module - say http://localhost/dnn/Photos.aspx?aid=9 - I am redirected to the home page. The presence of the query string is triggering the redirect, which is breaking the navigation within my module.

Again, this happens only when content localization has been turned on and a single language is enabled. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

Entering http://localhost/dnn/aid/9/Photos.aspx into the address bar triggers a 404 error (but http://localhost/dnn/Photos.aspx works).

I am using 5.5.0.

There might be an issue with redirection in DNN 5.5.1, but sorry, I haven't had time yet to validate.
