Problem with Telerik Editor

I have an issue with the telerik editor with one of our modules.
We use the text editor in several places in our application but in one scenario it has stopped rendering text assigned to it.

Code is simple...editrovar.text = some html text.... and works fine with the fckeditor
Only thing I can think of is the specific context that the problem is happening in. The editor control is placed in a view of a gridview which in turn is placed in a panel, and as I said, works fine with the fckeditor. Any thoughts?

Have you placed your module into debug mode, set a break point, and "watched" the .Text property to see when/if/how it gets its value assigned?

I have the same issues some days ago, and my solution is that judge the RichText.Text property and .Text property and select the one which has contents.

Done some testing on this. Seems the assignment goes ok (Tried your approach Eric with the RichText.Text property - makes no difference here). Value is lost on postback when the user chooses an asp.net menu item (We are using this to create tabs with a Multiview control)
