Hi.

For a new module, the user that edits the module needs to print a page with the details of a record (this view is not available in the frontend), but since the user is logged in as administrator the Control Panel is displayed at the top of the page and it is printed as well. I'm using the parameters
SkinSrc & ContainerSrc to hide the container and the skin but don't know if there is another parameter to hide the control panel.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help!

You need to add a print.css to the site.

In the css you display:none;  to the items you dont want displaying when the page is printed.

Hope this helps

@Edmedia, thanks for the tip!

I was trying to use the ActionButton control (~/Admin/Containers/ActionButton.ascx) to programatically use its print feature but was getting an exception, now I'm using CSS, basically I'm doing this:

FILE: ~Portals/_default/default.css
@media print {
    body {
         background-color:#FFFFFF;
         font: normal 12pt Arial, Timew New Roman;
         color: #000000;
         margin: 0;
    }
    .ControlPanel {
        display: none;
    }
    .mediaprintHIDE {
        display: none;
    }
}

With the .ControlPanel class the Control panel is not displayed and I'm using the .mediaprintHIDE in my skin and certain elements in my module.
