I am developing a module that has upload capabilities (using ASPxUploadControl). It works great on my local test system (Win 7, IIS 7.5, .NET 2.0) but when I run it on the production server it only works for files under 30 KB. I made the following changes and it did not make any difference...

<system.web>
    <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="2097151" executionTimeout="220" enable="true" />
</system.web>

<security>
  <requestFiltering>
    <requestLimits maxAllowedContentLength="2097151000"/>
  </requestFiltering>
</security>

There are no other config files that I know of that are in effect. Does anyone know what the problem could be? It has to be some configuration I would think since it works fine on my local machine.
