Hi,

I am looking for a way in which I can insert a module instance (of any module) that is already on a page in DotNetNuke inside another custom module (ie. like a module wrapper).

The way I initially thought of doing this was to clone the module settings of the original module and leverage the InjectModule() method of the DNN Skin Object. Is this possible?

I would be grateful for any guidance on the best way to approach this problem.

Best regards,

Mike.

For just rearranging the conent I would go with a simple jquery solution

lets say you have container1 and container2 with same classes

then you can drop the module2 into module 1 with the following line of code

jQuery(".container2").appendTo(".container1");

I did initially think of using jQuery but I need to support different containers and hence different classes so didn't think this was possible using the appendTo() method.

Thanks for your help though...
