Hello everyone,

Is it possible to extend the registration module? My specification is: disable frontend registration and only allow the admin to create user; once this is done a email notification is sent to the user.

Hi Dean, go to Admin > Site Settings > Advanced Settings tab > Security Settings section and set User Registration to None. When adding a user (make sure you are in Edit Mode) you have a Notify option that will send the user an email.
