Hi,

when I assign the class "dnnFormRequired" to a TextBox, it makes this nice red border on the left side. If a have a required date and assign this class to the dnnDatePicker control, this red border is missing.

Can anyone tell me how to do it?

Thanks!
Michael

No ideas around? Is it a bug? Shall I post that to Gemini (hoping and praying that someone takes care of it)?

Best wishes
Michael

OK, finally got it - here is the solution if anyone needs it:

First I found a property called DateInput-CssClass, and I thought: Yeah, it's that easy! But no changes appeared to the control, so I copied the line

.dnnForm input.dnnFormRequired, .dnnForm textarea.dnnFormRequired, .dnnForm select.dnnFormRequired{border-left:5px #F00 solid;}

from the default.css file to the portal.css file in the portal itself, and added "!important", so the line looks like

.dnnForm input.dnnFormRequired, .dnnForm textarea.dnnFormRequired, .dnnForm select.dnnFormRequired{border-left:5px #F00 solid !important;}

in portal.css.

Maybe there is a better solution, or maybe this " !important" should be added by the team to the default.css stylesheet - let me know...

Best wishes
Michael
