I apologize in advance if this has been addressed in another forum post, I did a search but it didn’t bring back useful results.

I'm using Chris Hammond's module dev template and I followed theinstructions to the letter found here http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/B...

My development environment is as follows:
Win7 & IIS 7.5,
Running DNN 6.2.0 CE,
Visual Studio 2010,
Installed MSBuild.Community.Tasks.v1.4.0.42,
Installed the template from DotNetNuke C# CompiledModule.zip (00.00.08 for DNN6)

The project builds without errors in VS2010 in debug & release mode. So as per the video found here http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/B...I proceed to install the ‘source’ ver. package in my instance of DNN using the Install Extension Wizard and I get the following error when it's parsing the manifest:

Info        ReadingComponent Manifest - Assembly
Failure   File specified in the dnn could not be found in the zip file: - C:\websites\DNNDev\Install\Temp\oxa3ordw\bin\Plaw_CrossReference.dll

Does anyone have an idea why this would be happening? I could provide copy of my source package (PLaw_CrossReference_00.00.01_Source.zip),but I can say the DLL is in there in the right location.

Any help would be great
thanks

Feel a bit foolish but the issue was a typo.
My DLL name had a hyphen in it but the manifest was looking for a name with an underscore instead.
