I am upgrading one of my modules to reference the DNN 6 DLL and I am getting a lot of warnings for deprecated methods, etc.

I have managed to walk through most of these but still have a couple I can't seem to figure out.

What is the proper way in DNN6 to get things like a module's FriendlyName and Version when I know the ModuleID?

Also what is the proper way in DNN6 to get a list of AuthorizedViewRoles and AuthorizedEditRoles  for a module when I know the ModuleID?

Ok, I got through the first one.

I am still running into a few issues though. I need to know how to check to see if a user has permission to view a specified Tab. Before, I used something like:

if (PortalSecurity.IsInRoles(objTabInfo.AuthorizedRoles))

But now I get the working: 'DotNetNuke.Entities.Tabs.TabInfo.AuthorizedRoles' is obsolete: 'Deprecated in DNN 5.1. All permission checks are done through Permission Collections'

How do I accomplish this without the warnings?

Can you please share your solution? I still can't figure out how to find my module's friendly name without a warning.
