I'm developing a custom module where I need to update module settings into view.

The first time I update my setting value it is added to DB, the second time it is updated with the new value but after this second update it is no more updated on DB! Every time I call the setting update with new value it is no more updated!

There is some limitation about the number of updates possible?

I've tried in debug to update every 2/3 seconds or more. About the value yes, I'm sure it is valid because I've made several tries and every time I've verified the value to update. After the first two updates is no more possible to update the setting value in DB, I've to delete that setting row to update for other two times

Yes! I properly finish the action without issue! The first time it update after is no more possible to update it. The issue is only in view module, the same code in module setting work fine!

To solve I've to DeleteModuleSetting and update every times
