I am porting my source code from a DNN 6.x to a DNN 7.4.1 platform. After I load up my source in VS 2010 (VB.Net), I get the following error when viewing ASCX files:

'LocalResourceFile' is not declared. It may be inaccessible due to its protection level.

Does anyone know what I am missing to get rid of this error? I am assuming is some sort of reference, but I can't see what I am missing.
