guys,

i have this project which i'm trying to integrate webparts or widgets from Cognos BI to Dotnetnuke. Though it's already possible to integrate Cognos to Share Point, but we were trying to integrate Cognos to DNN.

My question is, does anyone here already tried what we are doing?

Cognos BI widgets have extensions of .dwp and I don't know where to put it on DNN fodlers.... anyway, any input may help.. thanks a lot.

Hey:

Prolly the lack of a response here has already answered your question. ;-)  But I haven't heard anything like this completed as yet.  Either way,a if you're trying to wrap some other type of control into a DotNetNuke module, you'd want to first, assure that you are working w/some type of .NET ascx control.  I don't know how you'd wrap anything else in DNN.

Also, you'd want to wrap your current part inside some object that inherits from PortalModuleBase.  Theoretically, it should work.  I'd be really interested in hearing how you're doing w/this project...
