Hi,
I trying to push to the notification services and am running into a little trouble.  The as best as I understand here are the steps i need to follow:

1)  I have a module which inherits IUpgradable, and implented the public method UpgradeModule and on this method, i have the code to create the noitification type.
2)  The requirements of my notifications, require that they do not get pushed immediately, basically when the administrator creates a "questionnaire" for example, they will enter an effective date.  I have a scheduled process that is to run periodically and write notifications that have not been pushed yet but the effective date is >= now.  So that is where i am actually pushing the notification, i think i have that part of the code handled. 
3)  My question is surrounding Notification Actions.  I need a more clear understanding on how, using the api, i make the user do what i want them to do when they get the notification.  Basically what i want is to go to a page where the user can complete a questionaire.  I am unsure how to make that happen.

Is there any real detailed documentation on implementing the NOtifications?  Are there any examples out there where i could maybe look at how it works and maybe see where i am going wrong.
