Hello

We are using DNN 7.2

We have built a custom folder provider for DNN that interacts with a dropzone.js drag drop upload and S3. 

The provider itself appears to have no issues with the DNN File Manager Admin -> File Managment as everything (folders and files) appear correctly however when using the html editor (radeditor) to view the files, the folders appear but the files do not. I have debugged and the getfiles method is fired when using the file mananger but not when using the html editor.

 We are using PDF as the test and so file type issues should not be the case.  Has anyone else come across this issue and can offer any tips to resolve?

I have also tried various permission changes and again no luck.  On a side note a colleague of mine using the same source controlled code is able to see the files but my dev machine and the production environment cannot.

Upon further digging it appears that 7.1.2 the content provider works well, but once the upgrade to 7.2 with the changes made to the TelerikFileBrowererProvifer or similar the files do not show.

 

It looks like the calls to get files in the 7.2 TelerikFileBrowserProvider is using the obsolete  calls to the filecontroller and not the new file manager.

 Any thoughts on this?

Please check Jira (http://dnntracker.atlassian.net/), whether the issue has already been reported and eventually been fixed for 7.2.1.
