How to insert data into DNN default tables like modules,Poratls,moduledefinitions etc?If we insert data what precautions we should take?does it effect the framework any way?
For example if i have to insert data in modules table,Ihave to insert dqata in moduledefinitions table and desktopmodules table in addition to packages.now i have to take any precautions?does it effect framework?

In general, you should not be inserting data into tables without a good reason. When you do, you should use the framework to do it.

Yes, this can affect the framework. It can bring down your DotNetNuke installation and any of the portals it contains.
