hi
I have found sql script with can create user account successful but with a password which existed or belong another account or a plain text password with PasswordFormat = 0
I have try use passsword with hash SHA1 by the following sql srcipt
substring(lower(convert(varchar(34), HASHBYTES('SHA1','HelloWorld'),1)),3,32)
The result inserted in aspnet_Membership on Password column is "db8ac1c259eb89d4a131b253bacfca5f"
And PasswordFormat = 1

But I also can't login with user account.

So please help me , tell me the way to create acc user by sql script with hashed or encryted password.

You need to bind the asp.net membership user to the portal user
