Hi All,

Very new to DNN and to writing code.

So my question is "what is the simplest way to get data from a SQL Express 2012 table and display it on a DNN page. Also if possible it can be edited and deleted." 

There is no budget to buy any add on module, but I am sure there must be a free way to do this.

Paul,

You can create a module that does that. There's not a lot that differs between writing DNN modules and creating stand alone .net web pages.

I use the reports module for this. If you have the reports module type one of the below statements in the sql box to test it.

select * from users

select * from userprofies

select * from userroles
