After I upgraded from 3.x to DNN4.3.4 I have started to get errors with the FAQ module. The pages containing the FAQ module are slow to load then return this error message if you are logged in as a super user. I am not running the DNN database on SQL Server 2005, I use SQL Server 2000 on the same machine as hosts DNN. Anyone able to help me troubleshoot this.

Error: Course FAQ's is currently unavailable.

FYI: I get the same error when I try to add a new FAQ module to a page

Problem solved: My web.config file needed to have the SQL Server 2005 express connection string commented out in the AppSettings and connectionStrings sections. I had done it for the connectionStrings but not the appSettings. I had already copied the connection string values from my previous web.config file

Its alot easier to edit the web.config when you use something that colour codes the webconfig. Dreamweaver MX worked for me
