if I test the email settings in Host Settings > Advanced Settings > SMTP Server Settings > SMTP Server and port: localhost > Test link

I have on the Host Email: support@stocktonbowlo.com

Error when I click test:

Error: Host Settings is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: input ---> System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. This is not specifically tied to the feedback module but with the core itself. Have you checked whether you have an email address setup for Admin on your site and or Host?
