Michael,

I'd like to see Category appear in email, too, not just in the page Feedback Comments. I'd rather not have to use the page for the exclusive purpose of viewing Categories. (I have Feedback Comments set to Admin View.)

After selecting display Category, I pondered over "Use Category value as Send To". The instruction for this setting was: "If the category value contains a valid email address, it is used as the email address of the recipient of this message, otherwise the value of 'Send to' will be used."  I've interpreted this in multiple ways. I thought, Okay, I can change the recipient by using an email address for a Category Value...? It didn't work, but I'd rather see Category behave as a way of sorting through inquiries, example: Subject line: Forum Page, Category: Technical Issue, etc.

I'll have to satisfy myself with the Subject line in email. There's no point in putting users through an extra step (selecting both Subject and a crippled Category field) if I can't view it by email.

Ideas, anyone else?

Val
