We have 2 installs with 1700+ users, imported from seperate systems. None of the users have a unique email address. The feedback module does not send the email in the format "Firstname Lastname" <email@email.com> so that it shows who sent the email, it simply has the email address in the from field. It would be great if it could include the users name, or their login id.

ie:    From: email@email.com   versus  From: "Tom Bardo" <email@email.com>

Secondly, it would be great to hide several of the fields in the options, leaving only subject and message (to bring it back to its humble beginnings).

I understand it is possible to extend these features in a custom module (or template for the latter), but I would like to incorporate these into the core module so that a) moreusers can take advantage of them b) it won't bump the feedback module from the upgrade path.

Thank you for your time,

Jason

The ability to hide several of the fields in the view comments page has been included in the 4.4.2 version of the module. It is now possible to hide the subject/email and the name fields in the submitted feedback.
