I'm not sure what the roadmap looks like for post 4.2 of the Feedback module but it would be great to support a couple of extra small features which would allow the module to also be used as a "Tell a Friend" module:

Simple changes (to get it going):

• Ability for the Admin to optionally allow the user to specify additional e-mail addresses to send the message to (friends).
• Ability for the Admin to specify Body of Message to be included in the message in addition to the user entered body (this text would not be displayed to the user/sender but auto included in the body of th e-mail).

More advanced features:

• Ability for the Admin to control if the user/sender can specify additional body text or not
• Ability for the Admin to specify the from e-mail something like: [Sender Name] [Admin Name] <[Admin E-mail]>
• Ability for Admin to specify 2 texts for the body of the message, one to appear before the user/sender entered text and one after, something like: [Admin Body Start] </BR> [Sender Body]  </BR> <[Admin Body End]>

Adrian - the simple changes you've mentioned are partially in place (ie the ability to specify additional email addresses). With 4.4.2, we have also added the ability to specify different email addresses as the send to based on a category that the user selects... 
I will take into consideration the advanced features as well as the body message functionality you've mentioned in the 4.4.3 release. In 4.4.3, one of the biggest features is going to be the ability to add custom form fields which then will open the door up for customization like what you're suggesting...
