Hello,

In the Feedback Designer, I go to Configure module > View Feedback.  Sometimes when clicking on an entry, I am bounced from the module back to the page it is on, and I get this error message:

A critical error has occurred.
Index was outside the bounds of the array.

The problem is not consistant. It doesn't happen because I only clicked on a certain entry, or certain entries in an order or non-order.  It does not happen after a certain number of times going back to the Configure module > View Feedback. It appears to be totally random.

I have googled and searched the DNN forums, and I couldn't find anyone who was having the same or a similar problem.  If there was and I missed it, please point me to them.

If not, can you tell me what this error means and where I can find directions to solve it?  I'm new to Dot Net Nuke, but I've used the Feedback Designer before and not come across this problem.
