Hi

Is there any option to add an extra field in the contact us module?.

Currently only email option, phone numbers, name and role option are provided in contact us module.

The current version of the Feedback module does not provide the option to add custom fields, however this is planned for next major version.

Meanwhile you may have a look at free 3rd party modules, e.g. free Helferlein form at www.helferlein.com

 oops, rereading your post it looks like you are already using a 3rd party module. check out the module type in module settings and contact the developer/vendor.

No, I downloaded the latest contact module from dnn only.

In the module settings, module name is given as Contacts.

Is there any other module which displays a contact form and on submitting which either it get stored  in database or email is sent .

Also i want to add additonal fields for registration form, or atleast profile filling option for user after registration.

Awaiting your suggestion asap.

Hi Sebastian,

After submitting helfertein form, notification is not sent to user's email address and also submission details is not getting stored in database.(as none of the user tables including contact us table, show information about contact details submitted by user).

I have posted it in his forum. But i wanted your suggestion as well.
