I am unable to display unique Subjects on different feedback forms.

Here's what I am trying to do:
Have 2 feedback pages (which i am using as contact forms)

- one on a CONTACT form page (e.g. contact office 1, contact office 2)
- and one on a FEDBACK form page (e.g. web feedback, general feedback)

The problem I have is when I display subjects - all the subject options are visible on all forms/modules (so contact office 1 & 2 subject will be displayed as an option on my feedback page (and vice versa).

The subjects are crossing over to my other feedback form pages. - is this supposed to happen?

[feedback version: 04.04.03]
thanks, mark.
