I have been running a feedback instants on our site quite some time (approx a year?) without issue (migrated from 4.9.x to 5.2.2 several months ago). I want to add another instants on a different page with different settings. I've attempted to do this and everything looks okay until I test out the new feedback form. I get the following error:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Input string was not in a correct format.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.

This is followed by Source and Stack Error information. Is it permissible to use more than one instants of the feedback module?

Which version of DNN Feedback module are you using? I recall that there was an issue with multiple instance of the module in the previous 4.04.03 release although the input string format exception is acctually a different error in 4.04.03 involving the use of a non-integer value in the Subject list when the Subject field is hidden.

We have just released DNN Feedback 05.00.02 which fixes many of the earlier version issues and implements a number of enhancements such as additional contact information fields and the sending of feedback emails to all users in particular role(s). Note, however, that the minimum version of DNN required to run the new release is 05.02.03 so you would need to first upgrade the DNN framework - preferably to the just released 05.05.01 first.

Thanks for the quick response. I am using Feedback 4.4.3. I saw the new Feedback release after posting and wondered if it would fix the issue. I'll see if I can upgrade this weekend although I had not planned for it. It can take quite awhile with the DNN upgrades being manual.

Thanks again.

Attempted an upgrade to 5.5.1, but failed. I have notes from when I upgraded 3 sites during the summer to 5.2.2. Didn't work this time. I'll have to attempt again when I've got another block of time.
