Otherwise. If i change a *.aspx. file and I will to save the file, what I can do in the developer mode?

Sorry, you will need to be clear on what you are trying to do. I really can't understand. Previously you asked how to change Text formatting, which is done in .css files, so I don't understand why you are changing .aspx. Editing .aspx files in general is not a valid thing to do in DNN.

If you want to add a picture to a forum post, you will need to upload to another site (Flickr?) and then provide a link.

This picture show my problem. I will set a background, the same as the other page, but I don;t know how to save the changes.
