I'm using a site that has multiple portals.  All the portals are using the feedback module.  On the main site the feedback module works fine, but on the other sites the module does not work.

Live example:

Site works: http://blueridgemanorky.org/main/Home... 

Site fails: http://www.grimmdesigns.com/main/Cont... 

Any suggestions on how to get the feedback module to work on all the portals in one DNN 6 site.  I've updated to the lasted Feedback module already.  Is there a setting I'm missing?

It would be worth you checking the event logs. You need to make sure that the email address that the emails are being sent from is valid through your mail provider. Many mail providers only support email addresses in the same domain as your web site. This is why there is a 'Send From' setting in the module settings. If this isn't set the users email address is used.

This is my guess at the most likely cause.
