I tried to save a new Subject option in the feedback module and now I am getting this error:

Error: Feedback is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The value passed in must be an enum base or an underlying type for an enum, such as an Int32. Parameter name: value ---> System.ArgumentException: The value passed in must be an enum base or an underlying type for an enum, such as an Int32. Parameter name: value at System.Enum.ToObject(Type enumType, Object value) at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.CBO.HydrateObject(Object hydratedObject, IDataReader dr) at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.CBO.FillObjectFromReader(Object objObject, IDataReader dr) at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.CBO.CreateObjectFromReader(Type objType, IDataReader dr, Boolean closeReader) at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.CBO.FillListFromReader(Type objType, IDataReader dr, IList objList, Boolean closeReader) at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.CBO.FillCollection(IDataReader dr, Type objType) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Feedback.Feedback.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

The whole module is broken and it is showing the feedback comments which are supposed to be private. I had to delete it to protect user information.

you should be able to modify permissions to prevent unwanted information to be published.
There seem to be a wrong option, e.g. a text where an integer is expected. Easiest might be recreating the form (unless you need the previous comments to be included).
