Modify Feedback Module 3.2.2

I downloaded FeedBack Module 03.02.01 source zip file and I modified txtEmail to have a default value. I complied the module and ziped the file and trying to upload the module again and get the following error.

Am I doing anything wrong? I want to have a default value for the sender's email and set the visible to false so if they are not a regisitterd user they should send comments with the default email address.

Any help would be appreciated

have you compared the resulting zip with the original zip file - all files and folders need to be contained. Please notice, that many modules use a "double zipping", placing all additional files inside an included resources.zip
