I've been looking to add a catagory combo box that could tie an e-mail address for each catagory.  The appropriate personnel would then be e-mailed based on the selected category of the feedback.  This would elimate the need for multiple feedbacks in a large organization.

Would it be possible to integrate a 'send file' function into the feedback module?

This would prove useful for users giving feedback on sites that are mainly graphical content.

I usually install Slalom Feedback free module on my portals, mainly because it has more options than the core module (http://portals.slalomservices.com/).

That would be great if the project leader and Slalom feedback developer could share some code and ideas.
We would all benefit from the situation.

Or at least, could it be possible to add a dropdown list with subject items?
See Slalom Feedback module settings.
You enter subjects in a field, and add them to the DDL.
Then move items up or down.

It enables admins to redirect mails in their mailboxes, which is quite useful when you receive lots of mails per day.
And it's easier for visitors.
