I have just created a page and tried to add the Feedback module but I get the following error in DNN 4.3.3 :

A critical error has occurred.
The stored procedure 'dbo.GetCategoryFeedback' doesn't exist.

Can someone please help?

I have the same problem too.
I've used the starter kit to install dnn 4.3.3.

I also got this error in other modules too, like blog etc...

I this problem with few modules including announcements, faq and the feedback module.  I think this problem had something to do with my SQL Express connection strings in the web.config file.  I had onriginally only set the connection string in the appSettings section and not in the connectionStrings section.  I have since then modified my web.config with the correct settings and reinstalled DNN 4.3.3 and all the problems went  away.
